Leadership

Jed Bhuta
Founder & Principal

Jed Bhuta brings nearly two decades of political and policy experience to Tower 19, which he founded to offer clients a full-service government affairs practice with deep federal expertise.

Jed began his career in the front office of a U.S. Senator before serving as a legislative staffer in the House of Representatives, including senior roles with a moderate Democratic member and the Blue Dog Coalition. His private sector career spans the full range of government affairs — from directing legislative and external affairs at America's Natural Gas Alliance, to lobbying on telecommunications, labor, technology, and tax issues in-house at General Motors, to leading federal and state government affairs at a utility-scale solar developer, to representing private clients across multiple levels of government as a contract lobbyist.

That breadth of experience — on both sides of the table, across industries and levels of government — is what Tower 19 brings to every client engagement.
